By accessing or using the website at https://lyaris.me, installing the Lyaris GitHub Application, or using any associated services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Lyaris provides an automated software development tool that analyzes pull requests, discovers code regressions, synthesizes unit tests, and presents automated architectural recommendations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership, rights, and title to your source code, repositories, and test fixtures. Lyaris claims no intellectual property interest in the code processed on your behalf.

4. Limitation of Liability

Lyaris assists in detecting bugs and security vulnerabilities, but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or security vulnerabilities in customer code. All code changes remain subject to human verification prior to deployment.
